Which stirrup leathers/straps are easiest to adjust?

Hi all. Currently riding day-to-day in a Wintec 2000 GP synthetic saddle, with Thorowgood non-stretch stirrup straps which I'm finding v difficult to adjust, eg. for jumping, as they seem quite thick and hard to pull through the stirrup bar where they attach to the saddle. Can anyone recommend synthetic 'leathers' which are easy to adjust, or should I go for leather? (Am trying to keep to a budget of £30-ish). Thanks for any advice.

wintec do these, which are really easy to adjust. I've got some actually that i don't need any more (they're black & i need brown). I just Google 'wintec leathers' & they came up, so they must still do them (mine are a few years old now, so i wasn't sure). definitely the easiest ive ever seen.
