Both Nuumed hiwither dressage numnahs - one half wool, one full wool.

Which do you think is better??

From a 100% aesthetic veiw. I'd pick the full wool one
I'm no dressage pro (or even attempter) but I think it would look nicer.

will add it is to use for everyday schooling and I will likely buy it in black - so dont need to worry what it will look like in the ring

The top one if you like your legs flat against the horse's sides, the bottom one if your horse gets rubs under your legs.

But if you don't care about either of those things, get which ever's cheapest

Mine would like the full wool one. I have a half pad (Nuumed are fantastic by the way). She gets a sort of line where it stops despite having a numnah too so I'd prefer a full wool one for her but she needs this one for the risers in it.

I would love both, my bank balance however would not!

The half one I had horses get rubs where the girth straps pass over the sheepskin .
Always wash it in woolite or similar and it will last you year.

How well does your saddle fit? The full wool one will make it considerably more narrow and liable to pinch on the withers which could affect movement.

Whichever one will have the least effect on your saddle fit, go for that. If they both effect it don't have either.
