Which travel boots are your faves?

Have previously bought John Whitaker ones, and have lasted about 7 years but they really do not fit my new chap as he needs a cob size. which brands do you prefer and why? Doing some research! Also, aside comment, when did travel gear get SO expensive?!

I love my lidl ones they have lots of velcro straps instead of the trad 3 so fit like a glove, they have waffle on the inside so they don't slip either. Seriously love them!

I got some Gallop ones on ebay ... About £30 new and they stay up really well. Bargain

Polypad boots, everything else falls down TBs twig legs(except bandaging)

We don't use them, we always use pads & bandages. I may may be old fashioned but once on they don't drop down, they stay where they should be.

I love the Amigo travel boots and also the Premier Equine ones.
The Amigos are years old and still look new, have lasted so much longer than I thought they would and still have years left in them. I bought them in full size but they seemed to fit every shape and size of leg and never moved/slipped down. Really recommend those!
I bought the Premier Equine ones for my mare and although I haven't really had a chance to use them much yet, they seem very well made, dont heat her legs up and and fit her really nicely (she has stick legs and they don't move when she's leaping around).

I have some Pessoa ones which are great, never slip down and lovely wide velcro so nice and comfy for the horse.

my lidl ones are amazing!! i love them i have 2 pairs and both are still going strong after owning them for a good 6 years. they dont slip down and they dont get hot legs.. bargain!! but i would like a nice pair of amigo ones as they look nice... expensive though!!

Another vote for polypad travellers! Guarenteed to fit like a glove, nice and soft so they don't walk like they're on the moon but very padded so great all round protection
