Which vit/min supplement do you recommend?

I've just bought some feel good 30 stuff from rideaway. Was only a tenner!

I get one configured for our local soils minerals - not made up specially it is available off the shelf in our area so is cheap ish. But that might be specific to NE Scotland. Otherwise there might be loads of something that the soil is already overloaded with.
