Which would you choose?

Right I need your opinions.
If these were your options, which would you choose.

I’m currently on a yard that charges £10 a week, for that I get stable and field. 5 mins drive. There are no facilities, we have to ride on a patch of grass and can only hack out if the cows aren’t near the gate (or you can go out onto the road) Can’t complain for that money though.
I’m looking at moving yards. The first one I’m looking at is a 20 mins drive away. It’s a riding school, so I doubt liveries can use the indoor arena all that often, but there is an outdoor one, and I think theres good hacking. The instructor is fantastic too. There are small showjumping classes on through spring. I’m not sure if that’s £35 or £45 for part livery. *Too far away for DIY*
The last yard is at the vets that I use. So there’s vet on site, two arenas and the gallops. They also have the dentist, saddle fitter and farrier that I use.They have lots of competitions/lectures/demos on. And its about a 10 min drive away. BUT it would be £27 for her to be on grass livery. And I’m not sure I could keep her on grass livery :S

I'd choose the second option (the vet's yard) - providing you can get a stable.

Hmm, depends if you would like her to be on part livery IMO. Personally I am too much of a control freak to have anything except DIY!

Personally, I like the sound of the riding school. Sounds like nice facilities and hacking, good instructor etc. The vet, saddle fitter, and dentist will all still be nearby when you need them even if your ned isn't living at that yard.

If it were me I would go for the last yard. I like the sound of a vet on site and the facilities. If you feel that Roo can't live out then the riding school would be a better option. Having been a livery on a riding school I would never do it again because I always found the RS clients took priority, so it was difficult to use the schools. Obviously I understand not all riding schools are like that though

I'd stay where I was for a tenner a week - but that's cause i'm a tight wad and like a bargain

Stable at that yard isn't an option. They don't have a DIY option, and the part livery is £70 a week. No way I can afford that.
If I go to the yard with the vet, they have lots of competitions and lectures/demos. I have no transport so would be great.

i would go with vets - most horses are happier living out - mine has individual grazing so i bought her a shelter - she works every day so has hunter clip - is rugged well and loves it out - she much prefers it.
