Can someone suggest the best robust boots to buy for the yard. My old wellies have split and I don't mind buying good ones if they last.
They need to accept muddy tracks fields and mucking out but mostly mostly mostly I need to be able to do tons of walking with comfy feet.

My gorgeous creature is having a KS op tomorrow and when he comes home we will be doing quite a lot of walking and to be honest I would walk miles for him but need good boots.

Muck Boots, I've got the tack ones (only because they were the only ones in the shop at the time and I was desperate, but there are others with a more sturdy sole) and wear them whenever I don't want to mess up my Dubarrys i.e. on the farm, yard, walking the dog. V comfy and warm I wear mine from the minute I get up in the winter to bed/feed cows, walk the dog then up to the horses in the evening and for £50 couldn't go wrong really!

Alternatively my OH has Ariat wellies cost him a small fortune but again he wears them all winter on the farm. Don't know how warm they are though but seem very sturdy.
