what are the rules regarding whips and unaff dressage??

Usually the same as BD rules but not necessarily as strictly adhered to.

Usually follow BD rules, whips are allowed to be carried in a test unless it is a championship final (you can warm up with a whip). There are rules about the length of the whip but as long as you have a standard schooling one it's ok.

Sorry to hijack the post but I'm struggling with a whip issue too. I've just read the rules on whips on BD. But it doesn't mention the length. Can I carry a short whip or must it be a long schooling whip?
