Aparently JM07 has been banned for calling a barefooter a "complete moron" (something along those lines anyway). Suppose that is why it has gone, but I too am really disappointed. I thought it was an important post on the debate.
I've been away a couple of days and was looking forward to reading that.
Why can't people just have an adult debate without resorting to sarcasm and insults when they can't agree

but the OP did call all those of us who questioned her/his opinion muppets and I recal recently that got another thread pulled. What a shame, I thought the OP of that thread was finally begining to understand what the other posters were saying, but hey ho never mind.
Mmm I think Friday night will be the right time for me to start a thread titled: "Barefoot Parelli Franch rescue fox hunting and why everyone else is wrong". Can't beat a bit of $hit stirring for a Friday night!

Feel free to book a front row seat. There will be an interval during which I will come around selling ice creams!
I will join you then on Friday night. I may start a post asking should I ride my 4year old warmblood in hyperflexion because it makes him look a pretty shape!
Am I the only one who reads the word "muppet" on the end of a sentance to mean to whole thing is in jest? Maybe I watched too much sesame street as a kid.....
Well I don't think it was meant that way yesterday, but I very much doubt that it was those of us being called muppets that pushed the button, more likely the caller in this instance.

Forgot about rollkur, thanks for reminding me!
I did do once on another forum about electrified bits and sharpening spurs for show jumping. Some morons fell for it...
I subscribed to the thread so got email copies of each reply. Apart from some very mild name calling, there really was nothing untoward in that thread, and, between the silly posts, was interesting, and coming to a lot of very sensible answers.
Please send them to meeeeee. I want to see why JM07 is on a seven day 'sabbatical'

Why everyone should make sure that their horse is Treeless, Rugless, Barefoot, and trained the Parelli way.

Oy - that is my a description of my horse (apart from the dread P word but we do sometimes do a bit of NH with him)
How about why is my pikey pony a thieving bolshy little git and would 2 hours of rollkur training help him to start things off.
I could then progress on to why if you don't have a clydesdale you are a muppet rider who can't ride proper big horses and will washing Stinky with lush products make him a better hunter or should I ask the nice people at Franch to find him a new home.
and to finish
How can I put more weight on my gypsy cob so he will win more prizes in the show ring as fat horses are the best.....
