What can I do to prevent it? Ickle Flickle has marks on either side of her muzzle just above the jaw line, where she licks her lips after she has eaten? I was hoping it would go away when I started feeding raw, but it hasnt :(

Other than that she is the cleanest white (splotchy) dog I have ever seen :D Her teeth are improving hugely with feeding raw (yay!) as well :D

LOL Mattilda :D I have asked the GRWE people in the past and all they could suggest was cleaning her face with babywipes every day? I'm too lazy for that :o:o

See I knew there was a reason I went for black dogs!! Sorry I can be of no help with that problem but a quick rub with a baby wipe shouldn't be that time consuming CR. :)

It seems to me you have a choice here. Mucky faced Ickle Flick...or....spending several seconds out of your busy day with a wet wipe.
You decide. :D
Or, a little drastic, but stop feeding her!!

apple cider vinegar...added to water bowl or food. Is very effective at preventing/removing tear staining, muzzle staining and any other staining in white dogs.

I spray my horses with polish. Due to the Silicone - it coats the hair and the dirty just falls off. Maybe you could wipe her face with something that coats the hair that it not sticky. Maybe a show wipe?? You wouldn't have to do that every day.
