Hi I have just been reading about White Horse Bedding and looked on their webby, has anyone had any experience of this type of bedding or a similar product. I currently have mine on straw but am looking for a more time saving mucking our option. All suggestions welcome. Thankyou x

They're quite a bit dearer than LWP for a start and the only difference I can see is theirs seem a little whiter at least from the pic's on their site.
I love pellets and they do save a lot of time on mucking out also on the amount you need to throw out; I can get 3 boxes worth on the barrow when I'd be lucky to get half that with shavings, so a time and space saver for me. Even if I top up each week with 3 bags of pellets (very rare, usually only 2 at the most) it would still be cheaper than shavings for me. Just takes some getting used to seeing a brownish bed instead of a whitish one. I don't want to move from pellets if I can help it or unless Sundown Yellow came down a lot in price as I rate that as well!

I used White Horse Shavings last year (horse living out this year) and they are basically the same as BedMax. I personally really like them - nice fluffy bed and easy to muck out. Some of my friends prefer smaller shavings and say that they are easier but I think its personal choice really. I used to use up to two bags a week.

They are expensive compared to other people that do them xx

We buy ours from Corley Biowood better than LWP as they deliver on time and without delay x

Hi - first time here tell me if i''ve done this wrong!

i'm a bit ignorant about this, but was going to put my two on pellets, is there much difference in the quality of these pellets or are theyt he same? i had heard bad stories about some pellets being really dusty? if they are is it worth paying more for the imported ones? Ta!
