Something strange about my boy's eyes. Last night having a quiet moment I was looking into his eye (head on shoulder moment) and I noticed a couple of small areas of his iris have no colour. Not on the pupil and not spots in the eye, just like the colour has disappeared from the structure of the iris in a couple of tiny places, no more than say a millimeter. Both eyes.
He's 15, I've owned him 12 years, he's well in himself, good condition, gleaming, no change in behaviour. Eyes are otherwise bright and clear as normal.
Vet is coming out this afternoon for a wolf tooth removal on pony, so will ask him to have a look unless everyone tells me this is normal, just something I've never come across before.
Anyone please?
