I have finally finally managed (with much excruciating pain) to jam my legs into a pair of very expensive leather boots that I got in a sale. I can barely fit my layers of skin in them, so I'm doubtful how I'll manage to fit jodphurs with a seam. Are there any show jods designed to cater to this problem? In my head, I've invented jods that kind of stop at the knee and go to a sheer material. do these exist?!

I am absolutely convinced that they do yes but I can’t think where I’ve seen them.
I’ll try!

Look for Lycra legs on the calf and stick long pop socks on.

Personally I would buy boot stretching spray and see if that eases the issue.

I have some which are premier equine with thin material at the bottom. The current designs don't look quite the same there's not as much of the thin material. You can also get socks which have thin material on the leg but proper socks on the feet.
