I remember seeing a thread on this a while ago but can't remember what the outcome was. Anyways, my YO's little pony has had these little white spots apear on his sheath. If you run your hand over it, it's quite pimpley. He isn't bothered at all in the slightest. But they have no spread onto his willy. YO is giving the vet a call this week to see if they can come and take a look. But was just wondering if anyone knows what this could be?
