White spots

Hi,

Does anyone know what these spots are? they have appeared after my 3 yr old was very ill and on confined rest for 2 months. I am hoping its just run down / stress like symptoms and they will clear up now hes out again?

They are all over his eyes nose and sheath.

Most likely to be viral papillomas. Quite common in youngsters especially at times of stress. Usually clear up by themselves in 3-6 months and don't return.

Oops - doesnt look like the pictures attached properly - here they are again, just in case.

Is there anything I can do to help them on their way if they are viral papillomas?
