Has anyone been on these yards? I'm looking for somewhere new that's close to Newcastle, and has decent turnout, and I notice there always seems to be vacancies at these yards. Or can anyone recommend somewhere?

I’ve been at Whittonstall but there wasn’t anyone ever hacking out, which is the main reason I moved there.
Grazing is decent and they make sure the herds are all amicable rather than just separating the mares and geldings.

Stay away from the first, owners are bullies and have their clique. High turnover and people rarely stay long. A lot of hidden costs. Amazing hacking and if run by different people could be amazing.
Heard nothing bad about Heddon Laws and know a few people there that love it.
