Who can I sue or complain to if...

This thread ridicules everyone who unneccessarily complains or sues. If people would like to take it as pointed, then that is their responsibility.

And Donklet I'm suing you for your signature which has made me want a donkey so I might buy one.

Should I sue the person that did a jump warming up for clear round jumping when I was riding my polo pony past, causing her to spin and head in the other direction as she'd never seen anybody jumping before?

I loved Mazzie, but she was a daft donkey sometimes!

Hmmm. Still not sure I see it quite your way. I still agree wholeheartedly with your views, just disagree with the way you choose to express them.

But, I too inexplicably want a baby donkey.

Isn't it nice how some donklet pics cheer everyone up

BUT I am going to tell on fihunt, she used 'donkey' as a derogatory term which I think is very unfair on donklet as thats twice today hehehehe

sorry to be serious, but sometimes it is needed.
i was in a car accident 14 months ago, some silly person drove into the back of us, she was having a bad day. she did not see us. our car was at a roundabout not moving, funny enough the round about had cars going round it, since then i have been in pain most days, really bad pain i can now only work two days, i cant stand for long periods, i cant pick my little boy up because the pain is hell.
i will always be like this now

so i am not right to sue this stupid woman, remember she was having a bad day, but by god since then my life has been hell, i am sure hers has not.

but she was at fault as it is my understanding that if you go into the back of someone it is your fault so in that instance you should be claiming on her insurance. For treatment, loss of earnings etc.

I live in Scotland so i am going to hang around country lanes wait for a horse to pass by and poo ,accidentally slip in it injure my ankle and see how much i can get

Hey! No sueing me!!!! She was nicknamed 'donkey' because her ears were HUGE. And I loved her ears!

I also want a donklet....

Bugbee - I think you have every reason to want compensation. You were not at fault at all and it would be a legitimate claim. What annoys me is those who go on programmes like Judge Judy, wanting easy money when they don't have a good case.

Sorry about your accident. I agree, driving can be soo dangerous.

PS. Sorry, I am not belittling your accident.

ROFPMSL!

This thread most definitely was aimed at the person who asked if they had any case for getting vets bills covered by a horse owner who walked there horse over her dog.

I take it this forum is no longer open to questions where the answer is blatantly clear to a few users? It really saddens me that thread so often turn into a blood bath just because one or two 'prolific' posters start mocking then the pack follow suite

Princess Sparkle, when are people going to realise just because their post promts a post in relation, it doesn't mean it is directed solely at them.

I have enough balls to direct my sole consternation towards someone ON the post itself (as you'll see if you go read them) this post is a post directed at anyone thinking of being so petty.

If the people involved feel so strongly they wont care if people disagree...if however they start to feel there is a flaw in their argument..maybe, there is.....

Do you think I could sue the BSJA for mental trauma when I dont win. Nasty people always seem to make it a competition

with just ONE winner. Its not my fault there were better horses and riders there. Perhaps I should sue the winner aswell
