Who chooses judges for PetPlan Area Festivals?

I'm sure I saw on the BD forum a month or so ago that venues choose judges for AF, and BD choose regionals judges.

I can't find where I saw it before - does anyone know if that's correct?

Yes it's exactly that. Venues book them for festivals as per normal BD comps and for regionals they're selected by BD.
