Who does mounted horseshoes?

Can anyone tell me a company/name who dips horseshoes in silver colouring, then mounts them on wooden base with an engraved brass plaque? Friend close to Newmarket wants to get one of her horses shoes done like this but can't find anyone to do it. Have been trying to contact a blacksmith who we're sure does this in Norfolk, but no response. Friend is just outside Newmarket so anywhere close to that area, or else she's happy to post said shoe and do P&P. Does anyone know a company that could help. Thanks.
