Who does What Petsitting / Horses work wise ?? Self employed or agency

Just wondered who does any petsitting work or dogsitting / dogwalking , horse sitting or exercising etc ???

I do a bit of part time work here and there myself and through agencies etc .

Just wondering who does what and which agencies , prices etc ??
I am in Scotland , so I suppose it depends on location also .
