As title? How many of us are there waiting for foals born later in the year?

I have 2 due, one in July and the other one in August, it seems like ages away, seeing all of the highs and sadly lows of other births this year makes me excited and yet so nervous at the same time. How are everyone elses 'late' mares doing?

Hi
Knaresborough Moon Dust, Cleveland Bay mare due to have her first foal sometime in the next few weeks we hope. Not showing any signs although on 340 days.

Then Little Alice is due in early June to kings Composer.

my 16.2 warmblood isnt due till the mid of june and i agree it seems like its taking forever.

every1 has said how late a time it is, but with the way the weather has been over the last while im kinda glad it later and hopefully the weather will be much better by then! fingers crossed.

My July mare is the opposite - shes already massive, to the extend that i had the vet have a good luck at her last thursday, it doesnt help that she has injured her shoulder so isnt as mobile. It is however her 4th foal (but she has had more than 4 pregnancies)

Re the weather later on in the year... when my 2008 filly was born in June, we had a dreadful 2 weeks and i couldnt find a rug small enough! the pet shops only had silly dog 'jumpers' etc in rather than the rug style.

I wonder who has the latest foal due then on here?

I have one due on 9 July. Her first and mine too! She's a maiden and 17. She's and IDx and is HUGE already! I don't think she'll have to give birth - looks like she'll just pop!
