because if it's heavy rain as predicted for Sunday I'm not going anywhere!! (Despite it being indoors, we'll still get wet!)

I'm not a fair weather rider though, I will ride in most weather's. Just can't see the point in competing in it, not when they'll be plenty of dry days to come! (last year's weather being the exception!)

My daughter who is 12 is meant to be competing sj on sunday, she doesnt mind the rain but its mum who cant stand it anymore, thought of rain and getting cold just feels me with dread, may have to try and convince her its not just worth it so early in the season. Hehe evil mummy

Done dressage to music in a hailstorm and could not even hear the music, so no, I am not bothered.

So far most of my comps have been in pouring rain!
Last year did the new forest show drive with my shettie, as we'd predicted the moment we left the lorry to go to the collecting ring it started pouring...and stopped around abouts when we were loading her back up! She went out all shiney, came back up to her hips in mud!
Im actually going to try to do any events with my section d in the rain this year i think, she does her best work when its really windy and wet, then sunny days she spooks at everything!
