I will be moving my horse to be with me within the month so we are looking for one to keep my mums mare company.
'Shopping' List is:
14.2hh-15.2hh.
Would prefer something older (mid teens-ish).
Prefer mare but would consider gelding.
MUST be good to hack alone & safe to have a canter on across a bridleway without it going loopy!
Bonus if it is good with kids as we do some work with the countryside trust & use the horses to introduce the kids to them!
Oh and must be sound.
Other than that really not fussy. Bonus points if it can do pleasure rides and pop a small jump but not essential.
On the Warks/Leics border, can travel but would prefer not to. Budget not huge (shouldn't need to be for this kind of horse!)

So yes, if anyone knows of anything or fancies spending a few hours browsing the sites and finding a few links, would be great! Had a quick look but only got limited internet access atm.
Thanks
