Who has clipped (or if not, when are you doing so)?

As title, not really sure when to clip (have normally left it to YO to do when everyone else was done, but now I'm on a different yard, DIY, where not everyone clips at same time, if at all).
Horse is a TB who is already looking a bit fluffy, and getting sweaty when ridden fast or doing something exciting eg XC, but not when doing general every day schooling etc.
 
i clipped today, but don't normally clip this early. I am the only one on my yard atm.
Only have done so because i am team chasing tomorrow so he needed it...
Up to you when you clip really!
 
Normally clip daughter's Fjord at the beginning of October as he is sooo hairy and is in competition work. Not this year though, he's just had surgery on his DDFT so is out of action for the next year at least.
Don't normally clip my DWB as she barely has a winter coat anyway but may have to just do the chest this year as daughter is going to compete with her.
Probably around November/December time if we find that she needs it.
 
all three of mines are all clipped, bruce has been clipped since the begining of september, being a highland and hairy lives out all year and isnt very fit he gets really sweaty going out for more than forty minutes. But, taz and molly have only been clipped since last sunday
 
I love clipping! Shame mine are doing nothing! Mels will have to have her legs done and a bib done soon though as she is so hairy she's sweating when its warm!
 
Well, I would clip before the coat gets too thick but Lenny doesn't seem to have any winter fluff! Suits me as I'm not sure I'm going to be able to do it without a bit of sedalin :S
Molly should be done soon though. They are getting wooly so early this year!
 
My ID x was fully clipped on Wednesday. He was already quite wooly, and was very hot after a hunter trial last weekend, and also after working hard on the lunge. I ride him in the later afternoon during the week so don't like to leave him sweaty after he's worked. He's usually clipped mid-September, and then I'll have to do him every 2-3 weeks until Christmas, I don't normally clip after New Year.
 
I done my daughters sec a last weekend, shes rides for an hour most evening and hes was gettting sweaty and not drying. I was the first one, but everyone kept saying oh its not to early can you do mine then (as i do alot of the clipping at mine, ive since done 3!!!) Usally moan about them gettting fluffy buts its earnt me 100 pounds this week so now glad there hairy early!!:D
 
i clipped my 2 fjords last weekend, one with a full clip and the other (my 3yr old) with a blanket clip, first time he was clipped and he was a complete star. also hogged one of my shetlands and gave an irish/bib clip to another shetland because she is getting back into driving this winter after having a foal during the summer, which will be 6months old next month
 
My tb has a proper fluffy coat and sweats up looads wen ever I ride but can't clip yet as blades are being sharpened. Not ready till next Thursday so will clip next weekend. Also may give my 3 year old a little bib clip to get him used to clipping before next year and also because I am going to b taking him for walks in hand and long reining.
 
yup done my one of my girls (bronte my dales pony) as she get really wooly and getting her fit for hunting (obviosly got a hunter clip legs and saddle patch left on)

waiting to do my other mare (ISH) as she has gone a bit hobbaly on her front feet and needs shoeing (hence not being ridden) she is a sensitive soul bless her and will give a full clip as hoping to hunt her too and think it will look smarter then for her 2nd clip will give her a hunter clip
 
I surrendered and did it on friday! He still gets nearly as sweaty, but at least it dries quickly. I'm sure he'll need doing again in a fortnight though! I've clipped earlier this year, but we are cubbing every saturday and he is generally in harder work than before.
 
Tomorrow and i'm actually excited about it :D my little lad came home tuesday with a slightly dodgy hunter clip and ears?!?!? We've made him a stable today so i can whip the whole lot off including legs and ears ready for his return to "proper" sjing next weekend :D :D I did last do him in July

The fruitcake that needs serious sedation everytime will be waiting for a couple weeks but could really be done now and the 4 year old doesn't look like he'll need doing for ages.
