.....But not in a groom, riding, YOing, farrier etcetc way? What other jobs are out there that have a link back to the equestrian industry?
Im nearly out of college so need a proper (eeek!) job, am just wondering what other areas are there..

but in what regards? are you thinking front of house? or in the factory ( lol at me let loose in dengie..) I thought about nutrition after school but didnt go down the chemistry route .
Theres a feed company nearby, I could always offer to make tea..
 
i work for Ideal Saddle Company in the office - its great! So you could go along office job route for company that makes/sells equestrian gear?

What about working in equestrian retail shop? work way up to manager position....

Becoming saddle fitter, saddler, bridle maker??
 
Sort of.......I make sashes, used to do rosettes too. Not a road to go down if you actually want any spare time, family life, or much money. You get to meet a weird and wonderful (Llwyncwn

) bunch of folk though. I also used to double up as Work Rider/Secretary at a racing yard.
Heaps of horse connected jobs out there, you just have to think laterally. Good Luck whatever you decide to do. AI etc is a booming trend
