Has bought the first Pony/Horse they went to see?

thinking about it all mine were the first one... except my little shetland who was given to me.

My 2nd pony was the first one we went to see, he bucked me off but my dad said don't say anything... hmm

Then I got Mindy who was first we went to see and it was love at first sight.

When I got Nas, initially I saw an advert for a shirex hubby text them saying 'my wife wants your horse when can we come?'... bless him, needless to say they didn't reply. still it worked out for the best we then went to see Nas. he wasn't love at first sight, but seeing a lively child around him was enough to know he was the one.
 
yup every time. luckily the 2 disasters were loans vtb so I took them regardless to try and they were terrible.

the 3 that are mine we went to view with the horse box on the back!! lol
 
i wasn't even looking for a horse when i found Pip :S saw her in the field, decided i NEEDED ;) her. asked the owner how much he wanted and paid it! i was 15 at the time :L - i realise now i paid far too much but shes turning out to be a gamble that paid off - baring in mind at the time of seeing her, she'd never been handled, you couldn't get near her, she was 15months old and a right scraggy looking thing, i basically bought her on the premis that 'she had four white socks and a blaze so she should show quite well' :rolleyes: this is turning out to be quite true thankfully!

my mums horse was lent to us by the breeder of the above horse because he was taking us to a fun ride and mums loan horse went lame so he put maii on the lorry for her to ride - we did know her as i'd broken her as a fouryear old for him. mum fell in love. she came home 2 weeks later - much to the disgust of my father

we now find ourselves with another one of the breeders horses! 5month coloured colt, too good to go through the sales numerous times as breeder lost his stallion last year so not breeding any more and everything bar his 'old girls' must go. bargain price for being such 'good clients' ;)enter Cody :)
 
Yes most times i have bought 1st time the mare i have bought 6 months ago i only went for a day trip out as i had just lost my old horse so didnt want to buy anything but saw her on the internet thought she looked nice so off i went with no intention of buying her and the rest is history and have to say the best money i have ever spent :)
