I know I am!! Can't wait!! Only been once before, that was last year as a treat for my 13th. Absolutely LOVED it!!! Even my non-horsey dad enjoyed it! Genuinely can't wait, always makes me think it's the start of summer! :) xx
 
ME!!!! *bouncing round the room* its my first time aand we're camping down there. I've even pre-ordered the joules badders shirt!!
 
i've been planning this since october. My aunt gave me the cash for the camping site for christmas. Bought the tickets the day the box office opened and its just been torture ever since!!
 
I know exactly what you mean!! Just hang in there, it's SO worth it!! Plus, it's one of the only places I can happily walk round in torn jeans, manky hoody and wellies! Always a plus ;) Aww I really wanna camp now!! Have fun!! xx
 
oh we will!! thank god we can wander round in wellies and comfy clothes cos i'm so not in the mood to tart myself up after camping!
 
Ahhh so true! Besides, it's nice just being able to throw anything on, yet still feel glamorous.. And then being able to look around the stalls and getting all sorts of riding stuff you NEVER thought you needed :D xx

Even me who's been every year it's been held since 1968. Rained off when I did my 'O' Levels (GCSEs to the rest of you!).

Those were the days - vets insepction in the yard, walk around the stables!
 
Looking forward to it and worrying in equal measure! Looking forward to it cos I love Badders but worrying cos we are desperately short of stock for the trade stand. At this rate we have about enough to last us through the first day (aaagh). Normally we start gradually making stock in any quiet patch from Xmas onwards. This year we have been flat out with orders and haven't managed to make anything much at all (despite taking on 2 extra machinists). Don't suppose anyone on HHO can sew by any chance??
 
I'll be there, lucky me, it's only 4 miles up the road!!! Trying to work out how to get a pass this year, they are getting rarer every year. Have only missed a couple of years in the last 20, going to be weird going for cross country day on the sunday this year!!
 
im not going but am very excited about it.

My old horse that I backed is competing in the grass root competition. Got everything crossed for both her and new owner!!
 
Me! Even though I go every year, it's one of the few chances I have to meet up with my two oldest friends, we've been going together since the early '90's

This year is going to be a killer as it's my first as a fully fledged horse owner so thinking it might be expensive...

I'm so glad they've moved the XC as I now work on Saturday's so Sunday is by far the easiest for me to go to!
 
It is the best weekend of the year! I always get a little emotional when I go to Badminton. Amazing event.
Hopefully I will be able to watch it online this year.
 
Oh me! I went for the first time last year and camped in my friends lorry. Well I say camped but she has an Oakley so we had a shower, loo, and watched DVDs!

In fact I am doubly excited this year as it is nearly my first year anniversary with my OH and we're staying in a gorgeous hotel AND my friend (that I went with last year) is competing in the grass roots! Wool!!
 
Wow, lot's of you are going!! Would be so funny if we run into each other and didn't realise who we all were! :D Ahh really really really can't wait!!!!!!!!! :D :D I'm already saving for the shopping there!! :p xx
 
Haha, I really want to camp too now!! But we're going on the Sunday to see the XC, and that's the day after my Birthday unfortunately, so it's not really possible! Oh well, maybe next year :p I'm seriously now starting to bounce around the living room walls like a pinball machine! :D xx
