who is kevin cooper! does he ride, or is he just a breeder?

hey guys,,,
please can someone tell me who kevin cooper is, because i am hoping to buy a horse off of him, but a friend of his is selling it to me, my trainer. can someone tell me if he rides, or if he just breeds or what, because i cant find any info on him!!!

Has competed up to top level showjumping, and still does although concentrates a lot of his time bringing on youngsters and selling them. You could do a hell of a lot worse than to buy a horse of him put it that way! He is a very straightforward, down to earth genuine guy, and has a wicked sense of humour

Speaks his mind though, if he doesnt think a horse is suitable for you then he wouldnt sell it to you, and is a fantastic trainer and rider, not the most athletic built but christ can he ride a horse into a fence! My good friend and YO who is also a professional showjumper, goes all the way down to eastleigh just to have lessons with him. She also bought a 5 year old of him last year, that is jumping double clear almost every time out and rapidly becoming her top horse
