Anyone recognise that showjumper in the H&H save £34 subscription ad' on the RHS of the page?

Now, I thought it looked like Eddie too, but thought that the cap wasn't 'green' enough - even though faded.

Was also one the first horses I remember seeing in a hackmore!

Well, it's definitely Eddie Macken (only won the Hickstead Derby four times on the trot...so not like any of you youngsters would know him

)...i'm not sure who the horse is though....it doesn't look like Boomerang but i might be wrong

THe horse is definitely NOT Boomerang! Like I said earlier I dont know which horse it is, but if he was giving it away I would have it!

Think it could be a horse called Schalkar (SP) who he did well with in his twilight years when I think he was riding PS horses in Germany.
