Does anyone know who it is? This was taken in the afternoon.

Great photo. Interesting bit/noseband arrangement. Looks like she's got a Myler combo plus a dropped noseband - I guess he takes a bit of a pull xc

i was sitting in the stands next to a lady who used to teach her at PC and she said how impressed she was with her
