Just curious really, theres a lot of rules about competing in it and just wondered how many people do.

I always ride in my necklace as I never take it off when I compete I just tuck it in. I can't ride in earrings as my hat rubbing on them annoys me and if I have my pandora on I'll ride in it but I will normally take it off.

What do you guys do?

I have a simple golden chain that I wear when riding - never know it's there! Sometimes I have studs in (ears) but never anything big. And no rings, or bracelets as I don't wear them anyway and they'd just annoy me :)

I never take my necklace or bracelet off so don't even think about it. Dad has to remind me to take them off at competitions and I make him wear them so I don't loose them.

Thats the same with my necklace really its very small with a little charm on the end, however I do take everything off when I'm on a youngster or backing something

I don't have any jewellery worth worrying about as to whether I ride in it or not!
Certainly, I would take them off, if I had my friends £6,000 diamond earrings that she rides in.

If I had £6000 earrings I'd be too scared to wear them full stop! :p I thought my £500 tiffany necklace was expensive haha :o

Upon reflection, I ride in studs shaped like lightening bolts. Which if I was to fall could probably do me some damage. But in two years of riding, i've never come close to falling off. But will bare in mind not to where them again when riding, just in case :)

I have a chain that I never take off (like ever) so much so I don't even think of it as jewellery but I do hang my wedding ring and engagement ring off it when I ride as they dig into my finger if I don't take them off and my hubby would kill me if I lost the diamond!

Stud earrings, always take bigger ones out; watch; wedding & engagement rings, sometimes a slim gold bracelet but that mostly comes off esp. for competing.

I always wear my gold bracelet that is identical to my mums, I never take it off, it just doesn't feel right without it
I used to wear my Tiffany necklace but the heart kept whacking me on the chest and it hurts so I don't ride in it anymore, plus I'm frightened of losing it :o
I used to ride in small hoop earrings but not anymore as they hurt my ears!
Phew! I sound like a right sensitive little soul

I think I have the same one as you, does your's say "Please return to Tiffany & Co New York? Mine has the habbit of swining up and hitting me in the eye so I don't ride in it, its quite a weighty heart aswell :p

Never.

Accidents waiting to happen as far as I am concerned, I have the pain threshold of a hamster so am not going to tempt fate.

I don't wear jewellery on the yard, at all, ever, which means I never wear it. I have friends who have lost engagement rings, had wedding rings bent so much they practically cut the finger off, and two have de-gloved their fingers when rings got caught.

Gosh I didn't realise rings were that dangerous, but I suppose they are if you think about, but you just don't think oh "well my finger could get chopped off if I ride in this", its not really what comes to mind.

Just the wedding ring and a watch.

I'm not really a jewellery person.:)

I took my wedding and engagement rings into the jewelers this week, as they needed a spring clean! You should have seen the look on her face when she had a closer inspection with her magnified glass thing!! Good job she didnt smell them!!!! ;)

2 rings, a watch, a little silver bracelet and silver chain, 9 (:o) ear studs.
I probably shouldn't thinking about it but I just don't feel right without them - my chain is always under my top, I always wear gloves when I ride with my bracelet tucked underneath them. I take them off when I ride at shows.
