Who Spoke to the RSPCA at Burghley Today

I tried very hard to find anyone from the RSPCA at Burghley and failed they did not seem to have anyone lurking in the carpark to get dogs out!! Found everyone else though and everyone without fail was very helpful about the Stamford horses. H&H, BHS, and WHW all amazing people. See my earlier post. Mind I think the pore laies on the BHS stand who were only just opening there doors at 8am this morning nearly gave me a show of there breakfasts!!
 
I spoke to one who was looking out for dogs left in cars.... (but was watching dressage warm up at the time) she was very cagey, seemed to know exactly what I was talking about eventhough i had said very little. I was told she couldn't deal with it and I should contact Head Office. This was about 2pm so i assured her that HHOs would have already have done something.
