Who to use for free website

Can anyone offer me any suitable suggestions to create a new website on. It's not for me - but for a project I've been asked to set up. Who offers the most easiest and reliable (cost free) website to create and run. Thanks in advance.
 
I did mine with weebly (link in my profile if you want to see end result), and it was pretty straightforward and easy to maintain. I think you can build a free flash site with wix also.
 
I've built 2 with weebly - can pm you the links if you like. They're not horse related and not that exciting!!!

We were going to get a friend who works at a web design company to do it for us but as what we wanted was quite simple he recommended weebly (and he was turning down work as we were going to pay proper rates).
 
I also recommend Weebly, recently made a new site with them and I am pretty pleased with the results (link on profile page if you want to have a look). There are a few things I would change but on the whole it is very simple to use and certainly a lot better than the other web building sites I have tried previously, one thing I found particularly good is that pictures load almost instantly whereas before I have had real problems with sites were the pictures take forever to appear when you open the site on line.
