come with excellent references but just don't get the right replies! There must be a redundant horse somewhere looking for a home. For mother/daughter share.
Yorkshire and surrounding counties preferred.Does anyone know of one? Please contact me as we are sick of trawling the internet!
Thanks.

I have a section D X standardbred, but she needs a confident rider and has a few issues. I'm probably a bit too far away from you though

I've got a chunky 12yr old 14.2 traditional gipsy cob mare I am looking to find a happy, knowledgeable home for. In just 8 months since being backed she's come 1st twice in walk and trot dressage and 6th another time with a much bigger entry. Only problems are (a) the distance as I'm in S Wales and (b) her nose burns very badly in the summer and she needs to be stabled 10am to 5pm May - August. Happy to discuss and can send dvd of her 1st show if you're interested.

I really hope you find something, I am managing to cling on to mine at the moment but i wouldnt have hesitated in coming up to see you - I dont even know of anyone else that may have one.
Good Luck

I have a gorgeous small Irish draught (15.2hh) - an absolute dote, in Yorkshire and would do well in showing I think, problem is she would need backing first so probably more than you want to take on!

Oh that's a shame, I knew of someone about a month ago in Yorks who was trying to find a loan home for her 5 yo 15hh connie. She breeds connemaras and wanted this one to go somewhere to learn the ropes/do some competing with the intention of it going back to her for her son to ride when he was old enough / big enough (he's only 9 now).

It'd already been away for x-country/SJ schooling so was ready to go!
