we got a phonecall from the kennels, where we are planning on getting a new dog from, to say that we can take him for a walk to see if we can handle him because the kennel cough has cleared.

so excited. if it is ok then we will have a home check on the tues or wed and should pass that..

cant wait to get a new dog.

He's lovely. How are you doing with your other dogs, weren't you having problems with them escaping and causing trouble with your neighbours?

Oh what a shame. You had posted previously that they were escaping but I had hoped you had been able to contain them. I hope they have settled in their new homes. At least your cats will have a bit of peace now. If you are having a home check for the new dog I would make sure your garden is very secure, it is things like this they are usually quite fussy about.

we will be extending the fence by 3ft. doing this tomorow before we walk him. we had already thought of that.

no, just a rescue kennels (they have all sorts of dogs there)
