Whooooopeeeeeee! Bought subject to vetting!

Took Sacramenta Z cross country today, and she did not put a foot wrong. Absolutely awesome horse with endless scope! Wonderful temprement too, especially out in the open fields, a true sweetheart.

She will be mine subject to passing the five stage vetting on Friday morning!!! Eeek this is going to be the longest week of my life!

I firmly believe it is about time the EU brought in new legislation such that when purchasing a horse and waiting for the results of the vetting you would receive full pay plus chocolate digestives and tea while you waited out the results.

I hope for your sake your vet isnt one of those that gets around to phoning you with the results later on in the day after you have had 15 loo breaks for nerves.

I am soooo envious!

Can you be at the vetting? I found it useful when I've had horses vetted, and the vet wanted to discuss what s/he was "seeing", rather than just sign the form, whether pass or fail.
