Whoop Whoop, we gained a 1st premium at solihull! pics!!

I just thought I'd let you all know that my first and only homebred foal gained a 1st premium in the dressage section at solihull yesterday!! He was so well behaved! After bathing and plaiting him up the day before all by myself he then continued in his good mannered way and loaded easily, behaved very well, except not trotting!!! Only cantered everywhere in the ring!! But was overjoyed to gain a 1st!

He's out of my own 15.2hh riding mare who I've owned for 9 years now and I wanted to breed my next horse from her as she has such a fantastic temperament. He's by T Movistar, and he has stamped him well with the jazz front! He's off to be weaned in a week or two now!!

I had a fab day and really got alot out of it!

What a smasher! He is gorgeous. Well done. It turned out a nice day, although it was windy and a bit nerve racking as well with the marquees flapping around in the wind outside to contend with!

My friends three year old didn't do so well this time - he got a second premium after having three firsts before, but he was very well behaved whilst waiting for his turn.
