My yard manager has just given me a space on the lorry, so myself and Moo are going!

Took her on her first proper hack today, and considering we're both unfit, we did lots of log jumping and she wanted to keep galloping! Didn't sweat up much either......clipping her out this week so she'll look alot smarter.

Just wondered if anyone else was going alone - i've heard it's a great ride with jumps from 2ft to over 3ft - I know we'll start small but wonder what size we'll end up jumping.....?

Yes I am. Went a couple of years ago and it poured and the parking field was horrendous but the ride was great. A range of really good jumps and lovely scenery. looking forward to it.
 
last year was the same apparently but it brightened up once they got there (like it did for me today when I went out in the pouring rain!)

lets hope the weather holds this year, although October is such a rainy month!
 
i went last yr right at the end when it had stopped raining. jumps were fab - everything from 1ft9 to 3ft6 bullfinch where you got a mars bar if you jumped it which we did

dont think i'll go this year though as got subs to the draghunt now.
