I know we have had this post a little while ago, but just to recap....

Who's got little foalets on the way soon?

We know about Becki's Hannah, who's hopefully going to drop in the next few days, but who's next?

We've got a palomino foal due in about 3 weeks, the mare is enormous and well bagged up, she could possibly be early - it's a tense time!

Good luck to all who are waiting for their foalies to make an appearance this season.

My coloured ISH Lottie (in sig) is due in 2months and 3 days !!

It is by Parson's Sequal a British warmblood by Slivio

as you say exciting but a tence time, just been looking at CCTV systems on Ebay!!

Hx

My mare is due in just over 3 months. She is in foal to Mill Law. I'm off to look at the Pferde Stud this week as a possible maternity unit for her

Our little Connemara pony is due to foal in 6 weeks time. She is round but is still toddling out for quiet rides and is looking fit and well.

We have a palomino APHA who won't be foaling (still unconfirmed as yet) until late August. She is looking lovely.

Both foals are by my APHA stallion and hoping for a paint in both instances.

Me, me! But............no idea when or what it will be, your guess is as good as mine and later on I think I may be running some sort of fun book on what appears!

Bay arab mare.........to a palomino welshy looking thing, seller can't remember what date she put the mare with the stud let alone when she was actually bred!
How could anyone put a Bask bred mare to a (sorry horsey) mongrel?

I've got quite a few due from March through to July. Several Hanoverians, a cream mare, a Trak x TB, her daughter who is 3/4 Trak, and a coloured mare.

All in foal to Decanter for obvious reasons

Lots and lots of sleepless night for me this year!

4 for us all in April although i can see at least one coming early as starting to bag up and foaled a fortnight early last year.

We have 10 foals due. HOPE & PRAY we have a better year than last year.

6 x MFS Vision (our own KWPN dressage stallion, Flemmingh x Ferro)
1 x MFS Royal Geneve (our fantastic boy who we very sadly lost last year

)
1 x Heartbreaker (KWPN)
1 x Van Gogh (KWPN)
1 x Stedinger (Hanoverian)

First mare due any day now and we start proper in April.

My black cob mare is due the end of May, she is in foal to a coloured stallion called Alvescot Paper Moon.He is by Pouchka and his dam has Samber bloodlines. It is not her first foal but is my first and getting a bit nervous now. It is for me, I am hoping for something a bit bigger (shes 14.1) not quite so hairy and somewhat faster!!!

Two due here, well at work but I'll be incharge of them as my boss will be at Badders and other boss will be having her own baby.
They are both due 1st week of May.
ETA: one is by Baryshinikov and the other by Up With The Lark.

Hi Wheezy, thank you so much for that. I certainly would not have wish what we went through last year on anyone.

However............this year is another year and we can only look forwards. We thankfully have some frozen semen left of our wonder Geneve

and will be using it on our own mares, despite a lot of requests for it.........kind of says a lot about him...

Anyway we wish everyone a successful breeding season and look forward to seeing all the foalie piccies in here.

Becki, all the sleepless nights will be worth it, I am sure. Keep us posted....

Small world Weezy!!You probably know the stud and their stallions. They did an excellent job, she was only there a week and came back in foal. I did try Take it 2 the limit at Hartpury first but it didn't work and he wasn't available when the next time came.
This way it might be coloured too so that could be another surprise.

Anastasia - My eyes are stinging I am that tired!!! But like you say, hopefully if everything goes to plan it will all be worth it when Mini Han is born. I just hope it is sooner rather than later now for my own sanity!

My mare Penny is due to foal June 12th so a late foal. She's in foal to Utopian Opposition, she herself is Selle Francis by Paris Lights. Took three attempts to get her in foal, she first went to Fleetwater Opposition but obviously didn't take to the frozen semen. As it was getting late in the season I decided to try Utopian as he is quite like his dad though hasn't had a huge book of mares. He has a few advanced eventers and is/was a silver disk BSJA stallion so fingers crossed... She took first time to him with chilled semen.

I plan to have the baby at home, I've foaled several mares in the past as I once worked for Louella Stud, but this is my first of my own! So exciting.................

She's by Fleetwater Opposition, in foal to McGuigan. Hopefully she'll produce a useful little colt who'll stay with us and event....
