As title really, theres 3 from our yard going and it looks like its going to be a scorcher!! :-)

Really looking forward to it.

Yup, its gonna be warm!!! but we are now all set, route is all marked out, jumps sorted, and I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face cos I have just chopped 6lbs of rather strong onions for the BBQ!!!!

I'm doing it again this year, last year it was my 'first ever' sponsored ride. We've done loads of other rides since and love them.

This year I'm going with a friend and it will be her new boys 'first ever' sponsored ride, wish us luck. I'm trusting my mare to be super sensible and set a good example for him.

Looking forward to meeting Benson and giving Biccie a 'yell' if I spot her.

We'll be setting off late to avoid too many other riders coming past - just in case ....

We're aiming for an 11am ride set off time - but knowing how much we normally dither it will probabpy end up being nearer 11pm!!

Same here, once we have all stopped dithering around it will prob be lunchtime before we get there. Then i'll spend the next 20mins scraping the crap of Trev's legs!!!
If we all end up together we should get a HHO pic :-)

Im going too with snowball, really looking forward to it. Spent all afternoon yesterday cleaning sand off our tack from thursdays beach ride.

I've done a few rides in the past and finally getting to do Greatchart tomorrow for the first time. If anyone spots me(you really can't miss my horse) then please say hi

Ooh! Where did you ride? I'd love to get to the beach again, but Camber times are too restrictive.

We ride at Camber Holly, as we only live a 10 min trailer ride away. The times are restrictive this time of year especially at the weekends because you cant even use the carpark early mornings fortunately we have a kind friend who lets us park on their drive. So we ride there a couple of times a week either early morns or from 7pm.

Ahh, thanks Snowball, will have to wait until the clocks go back and we're allowed on the beach at any time.

Spike, how big is Candyman and is he roan? hard to tell from your sig. Will give you a shout if I see you :)

I'll be distinctive. He's 15hh and pure white except for brown markings on his head (and any mud patches I can't get off!).

Even his passport describes him as white with brown markings!!!

He may also be shouting as he likes to call when other horses are around...

candyman is 15h and a proper pink strawberry roan. He is hogged so you won't miss us if you see us lol.

So sorry to have missed you, my little Rosie 14.3h is also a lovely strawberry roan - I don't think I've ever met another strawberry roan.
