So back on foal watch... mare is running milk.. but not really that uncomfortable!! Who else is up?

Can't wait for this baby to arrive.. then only 1 left!!!

Bad news is .... Serious crap TV on!
 
Hey, congratulations! First night of foal watch for me......its very boring, although as this will be my first foal, I am dreading the actual delivery!!

I'm not quite on it yet, def changes with my mares though... foaling bed is going down tonight as we emptied out her chopped straw bed yesterday and gave it a wash out etc, amazingly she was content to stay out for the night (as the days before she didnt even want to go out in the daytime....).
 
It was rsc's mare that foaled... so i'm sure she'll post pics.. but she's a stunning filly!!!

we have 1 more mare to left to foal.. a maiden that's 9 days overdue.. but really doing nothing.. so I'm sure I'll be posting again in the next week or so to see who else is sitting up!¬
 
My mare is 316 days today and doesn't look to be doing much except looking very grumpy. The only change is that she won't let me even look at her bag area whereas before she didn't mind me touching it. She now lifts her back leg if I even try to take a long distance photo!

She is a maiden at 17 so I don't know what's normal for her (neither does she!). However I think we've got plenty of time yet!
 
My maiden mare is on day 351 today! Am getting a little stressed as was hoping she would have baby before hickstead next tuesday! Fingers crossed or my stress levels will get even higher!!!
 
I'll be sitting up for at least the next 3 weeks! Four mares - all officially 'due' between 4th and 7th July - but one NEVER goes beyound 321 days and has been as early as 316, and another looks even closer than she does. The other 2 will almost certainly take it to the wire so I have at least 3 weeks of sleeping on a mattress on the tack room floor!
 
i have started foal watch for my second and last mare she is due 6th july but brought her in last night as quite bagged up and getting quite slack. she is a maiden mare so not sure what she will do
