who's over 5ft8 and whats the smallest pony you have ridden?

Have you got any photos of you at 6 foot on a 12.2? :) Trying imagine how that would look. :)

Awful photo sorry, was about 2 years ago too so I was lighter then, I'll get some next time I go up to hers! He really doesn't mind!

All you tall, long legged skinny people are making me sick.
I'm 5'6" 1/2 and heavier than most of you. My old boy was (a chunky) 14hh and I looked bigger on him than a lot of you taller people do on smaller ponies despite my little short legs! If they were in proportion with my body I'd be about 5'9"! I should add he was more than capable of carying me well into his 20s. He was 25 in this photo.

Think I look better on my 17hh boy now!

ok *only* 5'7 (around 8 stone) but i regularly school 2x 11hh show ponies for someone, their kids are too novicey to give them much canter work and they get too sharp otherwise.

no pics sadly but they are so round(!) they take up my leg ok!

I'm 5'10 and currently around 12.5-13 stone... smallest I'd get on now would be Icelandic/Fell/Dales/Highland, and wouldn't regularly ride anything smaller than a nice chunky 14hh highland... certainly wouldn't jump on anything fine below about 16hh.

Smallest I've ever ridden at this weight was a 13.2hh Eriskay, who was bucking off everyone else until she got the shock of her life with me getting on. Smallest I've ever ridden was a group of 12.2ish HighlandxShetlands, which I've posted about before, when I was around 1 1st (before I went to uni!!!).

5ft 8 and 10st.The smallest pony I have ridden is 13hh knobberpony,who I hack about twice a year.She is a stocky Welsh B/C type.I have ridden my eldest's 13.3 Connie,but he isn't a novice ride and I'm a novice.

My thread has been revived :D

I ride my newly backed D - he is 14.2 and has alot of chunking to do! am 5ft9.5 and weigh 10st3

I'm 5'9 and 9.5 stone, and this was me having a wee shot on a friend's absolutely adorable 12hh pony. He's now been sold to a fantastic home and is jumping BS very successfully. Hardest thing was getting on and off him!

I'm 5ft11 and the smallest...probably this one
in my defense if i put my feet down i can walk along fred flintstone style :o and i don't exactly ride him, more sit up for 2min every few months to make sure all his buttons are in place. I drive him as well so he's multifunctional:p
