Only an hour? I went to the stables at 5.45 and arrived back at 10.45 after waiting for an AA recovery vehicle for hours!! I wouldn't mind but I asked the first bloke (contractor not AA) to help me bump start car so I could drive home rather than wait for recovery and he insisted it wouldn't work. Got home and car unloaded, bumped it on the road outside and drove it into the drive because the recovery wagon couldn't get in the drive and I needed it up the driveway because of my tools being in it! The recovery bloke was stood open mouthed because I told him what the first man had said and he really struggled to get the huge wagon down our very narrow track with a 90 degree right hand bend!
