Why advertise what you haven't got?????????

I'm so annoyed, I ordered a specific show shirt for my daughter about a week ago. The money was taken out of my account immediately & a confirmation email that my order had been received & was being despatched was sent to me.

Today I get a phone call saying that they hadn't got the shirt & couldn't get it..........??????? Then why advertsie it on you damn website?

The offending company is Surrey Equestrian, allegedly a good company from previous posts on this forum but I won't waste my time with them again. I wonder what else they haven't got but are padding their site out with.

Rant over, I've now ordered it from Frogpool Manor, let's hope they can fill the order?

ah i know how you feel!!!!

I ordered a jacket from a different site in the sale saving myself £25 and I was so chuffed with with my barging!

Been waiting like a mug for it and when I checked my email they had emailed me saying sorry we are no longer in stock!!!

GUTTED!

ermm well in that case, I hope you got a refund!!!!
cause if not, afraid they could have a law suit on their hands, cause that is called fraud..... (sp?!)

oh ive always had a good service there
my boots broke so i sent them back and within 3 days i had a brand new pair

Iv had the same problem as you with Surrey equestrian, they took the money but everytigbn i ordered ( about 5 things) was out of stock

. did eventually get a refund!

To be fair on the company it can be very difficult carrying out internet business - as it's not easy to balance supply and demand - When they advertised they could very well have had 10 in stock, but that day they received orders for 11 - the automated payment system would transfer your money straight away without knowing that your item was no longer available - As long as the customer service and refund afterwards occured speedily!

I got American horse boots from them which everywhere else seems to struggle to keep in stock with orders not met, etc. They came, in the weird colour I ordered within a few days. I was well impressed because I've had a job getting them at all anywhere else. You might just have been unlucky.
