Why, why do people put their bloody horse up for sale and then not answer the phone or emails. So if you have a Cleveland Bay for sale and have not looked at your phone or emails please do so. Sorry but I am so fed up.

Had the same problem too. Narrowed my search down to 10 ponies I like and called them all and left messages for them but only two called me back to say the pony is still for sale! Very frustrating!

Same problem here but round the other way, I have a super pony in to sell and have replied to 3 wanted ads as he is a type hard to find and fitted the description of their requirements, not one reply even to say they have found a pony, they were all newish ads so unlikely they are all suited so quickly.

It is frustrating when it is so easy to just update your ad, I do sometimes wait a few days before doing so just in case a sale falls through but will always respond to enquiries.

Some people are so rude. I'v actually known an aquaintance pay to advertise their horse with no real intention of selling it... the mind boggles. Good luck horse hunting.

Thanks its nice to know its not just me. I have called about another horse today at 9am to be told that she had a late night I said I would call them back between 6 and 7 tonight which I did and left a message I am still waiting . On the other hand I have been to see a couple horses which did not suit but I have always called them back and told them that the horse was not for me. Why do people have to make buying a horse such a horrible experiance.

Omg I know the feeling! No replies from voicemails, emails etc owners going on holiday so can't view the horse for a second time for 3 weeks (spent 2 weeks trying to arrange viewing for before the holiday to no avail!) and fb messages not replied to! I feel like giving up!
