Why ask for help ???????

So what if others made similar replies though? It happens ALL the time on here...almost on every thread, so I can't see why there is something wrong with people agreeing OR indeed disagreeing with others?

I don't mind whether people think my advice is useful or not - I, like you, say what I think and suck up to no-man.... I felt concern for this girl so I told her. What makes anyone think that others may very well have ALSO felt concern for her?

Holy moly; as I said to some person who made a ludicrous comment, this is potentially a childs LIFE we were talking about. Do you honestly think that people were just agreeing with my comments on that thread just to cause trouble? Having read all the other incredibly worrying threads relating to this subject, I very much doubt it.

Perhaps you are right though - perhaps we really shouldn't care at all - maybe some won't in future, for fear of being branded a bully......

I do agree, but people seem to forget that what a 15 yo posts isnt always the entire picture. Obviously this girls parents know she has a horse and she has brains enough to be under an instructor / trainer.

I am a bit tirred of everyone saying 'ooh I said so and so therefore I'm a bully". That in itself is a form of telling someoene they shouldnt say what they think. If they say what they think they will never hear the end of it.

I can remember the hotbed of gossip and the finger pointing, over the 'We know who you are' siggies.
I don't particularly like vague accusing posts either I must admit, but Katy surely has the same right to keep quiet as you did.

I will say again (and for the last time), that although there did seem to be some bandwagon jumping on that post, most of the comments were constructive and designed to help.
However there was an element of snideness from FF that has been apparent in quite a few posts towards FMN, and that was, and is, the only thing that concerned me.
I have collected together some of the posts and will pass them on to admin rather than argue and repeat myself on here, when most people seem to not be getting the point.

I have already voiced my concerns to the powers that be. So maybe the guilty parties can be dealt with.
 
Am I back in the playground? The has got to be one of the funniest posts, no matter how many times it gets mentioned, people still go off on one. Humans like all animals rely on gestures & facial expressions to gauge what the other person means. The written word therefore can be interpreted anyway the reader so feels. We all know what !! means & putting something into capitals can relay another msg. Why then do you all waste your time playing ping pong posts over trivial matters with people who you have never or ever likely to meet? Younger people tend to be more sensitive therefore older wiser people should be able to make allowances & just leave it. Sticks & Stones & all that, it is all very petty & silly & such a shame when only a couple of weeks ago there were some fantastic debates going on without one nasty comment or anyone getting upset over she said this, she said that.

Morning everyone, only just signed on this morning. At the end of the day, it is an open forum, so people should expect criticism rightly so on occasions, and perhaps not so at other times. However, everyone on here is people you CHOOSE to respond to/communicate with/acknowledge. If something upsets/worries/disgusts someone, they can choose to respond, or choose to walk away, and ignore that thread. It isn't difficult, and should be something that more people do IMO. Some people just get to stuck in and cant help themselves. Everyone on here is not someone you HAVE to communicate with, alot of us choose to which is wonderful, but we make that choice. Equally, you can make the descision to choose to ignore comments made towards you/other people.
ETS I think more poepl should take advantage of this on here, after all it is a luxury you dont always have in "real life"
