Why be so scruffy !

When getting into my car in a carpark a lad in the adjacent vehicle opened his door a fraction and dropped his chip paper on my foot! I did shout a bit.:oops: What really angered me was that his mum was sitting in the driver's seat next to him.
 
What annoys me is the double standard .Go to any one day event and take a close look at how much plastic insulation tape is left lying about after boots have been removed. PICK THE DAMN STUFF UP .ITS STILL LITTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
