The inside of them are cream and pink check - they are just divine! I blame the shop assistant....she and I have an unhealthy fetish about boots and she saw me looking at them and brought my size out as she knew I would want to try them on!
 
Wow! I bet her boss loves her, what a sales assistant! Very conscientious!

I like them too, but they wouldn't have them to fit my fat calves I'm sure. Furthermore, what do I really need them for?

I now have two pairs of long boots (well three if you count the broken zipped pair of High Riders), two pairs of jod boots and three pairs of half chaps. Can't really justify having any more.......can I?

I have 2 x pairs Ariat brown jod boots, 1 x pair Ariat black jod boots, 1 x pair Mountain Horse boots, 1 x pair Spanish riding boots, 1 x pair Dubarrys, 1 x pair Brogini posh show boots (cut off my circulation), 1 x pair Brogini rip off show boots (too big round calves), 1 x pair Tredstone chaps, 1 x pair Shires chaps, 1 x Hunters, 1 x Uggs, 2 x heeled boots...think I better stop there, I have a SERIOUS boot fetish

i do my training in ariat short zip boots and gaiters, and i compete in my FAVOURITE 'Kempkens' from Germany which were custom made because i can't find any small enough for me.
I have a question though... when people buy lots of shoes, do they actually wear them, or are they like my sister who has about 3 pairs that she wears and the rest for decoration in her cupboard?
 
Aussie - I wear all of them except one of the pairs of brown ariats as I bought them on sale to replace the ones I wear daily when they give up the ghost. I wear brown boots/chaps with my green, blue and brown breeches, black with cream and grey breeches. The Spanish boots I wear to the yard and out and about as they are v smart, the Dubarrys I hardly wear now as they are splitting, the Mountain Horse are my chuck ons and I have worn them a LOT over the winter, the show boots are for shows/hunting only. The Hunter wellies are worn to do turning out, taking dog for a walk, to chuck on if I am not riding and only mucking out etc. I had years of not having many shoes/boots as in Spain they don't do many girls shoes in size 43, so now I am in my element

I so understand the boot fetish - having discovered that Arait Grasmere's WILL go round my fat calves ( or may they are not so fat now) I am pining for a pair as my elderly warm Ariat boots are letting in water
 
Once you've worn the Bromonts you'll wonder how you ever coped before, they are the best boots I've ever owned. Really warm when its freezing and sooooo comfy

The ONLY good thing about having fat calves it that it keeps my boot obession under control - I simply cannot fit into the boots I want. I want Grasmeres but they don't come up wide enough for my fat little legs.
 
I'm waiting in eager anticipation for my Grasmeres to arrive having finally told they were in stock in a 6 1/2 on Friday. I can't wait for them to get here! I still have freezing feet which I posted about back in December! I ordered the muck boot Tyne riding wellies and they were HUGE! I looked like a sparrow wearing wellies! So tried on Grasmeres in my local tack shop and they're gorge (in chocolate, yum) and tack shop said they would order in 6 1/2 for me and call me when in. I called them about 3 weeks later and they'd come in and sold out, grrr! So, have ordered from internet, I just hope they're right!

I like it. Im after the bromonts as well. I have the glaciers for riding in this time of the year and love them, ariat wellies for mucking out in, ariat short boots for riding in the summer with chaps, and cheap rubber short boots for mucking out in. I also have a coat fetish as well. Probably more than your boot collection.
