Had to post this, no matter what dog toy is flavour of the month, Smudge gets bored and picks up her all time favourite...

yup, polly is the same - no matter what toy i get her, she'd much prefer something she's knicked from somewhere in the house!!

Her all time fav is a washing liquid ball - the ones that you fill with washing liquid and put inside the washing machine!!

Finn loves the washing up balls (as seen in above video), brushes... especially the garden broom which generally ends up in the middle of the kitchen floor!!

Oh and used bottles.. e.g Coke bottles/Lemonade bottles that he can 'scoot' and 'shoot' around the kitchen if he stamps on them!!

I have even copied a link to me OH by email - the nagging has officially begun!

Question: Are they quite substaintial dogs, or are they quite whingy? Just wondering as the Ghound can be a bit of a wimp lol.

In need of a whippet.
 
Be warned, and PG will back me up on this - they are MENTAL!

Izzy used to do the wall of death round the front room - in a mad circle - up the sofa, up the wall, back down and the same at the other side!

If you sleep in a bed - the whippet sleeps in the bed and this is rule #1...they are brilliant hot water bottles though.

If it moves, they WILL chase it - rule #2

Smudge loves shredding paper - loo roll, kitchen roll, books. We think she likes snow and it making fake versions.

THEY HAVE VERY SHARP BABY TEETH AND KNOW HOW TO USE THEM!

But they are such affectionate and cute little monsters, you can't resist! Izzy is a bit of a wimp with other dogs. Smudge is scrappy-doo and wants to get everything and anything! And if you tell her off she attacks!

The only thing I'd advise is get a well socialised one an go to puppy classes. Though we were the despair of ours as they don't do sit... or they do for 5 seconds then they're off!
 
Bumble Dog loves empty water bottles, chases them around then chews the caps off - also has an large assortment of destuffed, decapitated or delegged soft toys from IKEA!!!!!!!
