why cant i cut my picture and copy it on here?

i've uploaded one in photo bucket, im selecting all of the number but its not letting me cut it and copy onto here.
please someone help as im getting stressed now with this stupid computer lol.

If you click on the third box under the pic called the img code then a little yellow box pops up sayong copied, then just paste that straight on a post.
