Why can't we PM?

As title says, people have said that we can't PM, anyone know why we can't? Am I being stupid??

You're not being stupid, this site has been displaying the maintenance slogan & saying it should take an hour for over 24 hours now. The site seems to be falling to pieces, everything is slow....this morning I couldn't access the site at all....just got 'Web Site Not Responding'

It won't be your computer palying up either, I can access all other sites bar this!

thanks for posting about it it I can't send any either but thought it was me. Its a bit frustrating as 2 forum members kindly asked about my foal and I would like to answer them

Same here..... Slogan saying under maintenance and should be back within an hour!!! Is it still doing it? Cos it will be 3 days if so!
